The Directors’ Fortnight has been seeking and presenting both short films and feature films since its creation in 1968. In addition to discovering new talents, it also serves as a very special place for creating amazing and free forms of cinema. The following selection of five short films from this year’s edition comes from five different countries. All of the films are from young directors, and each one of them exhibits a love of storytelling and an audacious approach to this craft.
