The film tackles the topic of blood vengeance in a little village still governed by tradition and age-old customs. Drago and Persa lost their son ten years ago. Wishing to exact vengeance, they decide to fake Drago’s death in order to lure their son’s murderer into the village. Drago spends months hidden in a mill, waiting. Yet, the prolonged solitude and isolation are eating him and he begins to falter.
Born in 1982. He graduated in Directing from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje. He has directed several short fiction and documentary films. Tranquillity of Blood won the Grand Prix at the International Short Film Festival in Drama (Greece).
